Risk Disclosure
At Nexivo-FX, we strive to fully inform our clients about the risks associated with trading in the financial markets. It is important that our clients understand and acknowledge the following risks before engaging in any trading activity:
Market Risks
Financial markets are inherently volatile and subject to rapid fluctuations. The prices of financial instruments can change quickly, potentially resulting in losses for traders.
Leverage Risks
Trading on margin or leverage can amplify both profits and losses. While leverage can increase potential gains, it also increases risk, which can lead to significant losses that may exceed the initial investment.
Liquidity Risks
Certain market conditions can reduce liquidity, making it difficult to execute trades at desired prices. This can result in price discrepancies or gaps.
Political and Economic Risks
Political events, economic data releases, geopolitical tensions, and other external factors can significantly impact financial markets and cause sudden and unpredictable price movements.
Technological Risks
Although we utilize cutting-edge technology, technical errors such as system failures, connection interruptions, or data inaccuracies may occur and affect trading activities.
Regulatory Risks
Changes in regulatory, political, or legal frameworks in different countries may impact trading conditions, margin requirements, and the availability of certain financial instruments.
Counterparty Risks
Trading with counterparties, including brokers and financial institutions, involves risks related to the financial stability, solvency, or operational capacity of these entities.
Risk Awareness
It is crucial that traders conduct thorough research, utilize risk management strategies, and remain aware of these risks before engaging in trading activities. While the potential profits may be attractive, traders should be prepared for the possibility of significant losses.

At Nexivo-FX, we strongly recommend that clients seek independent financial advice and fully understand the risks associated with trading before making any investment decisions.
